Each session is tailored to your unique needs, whether you are navigating depression, anger management, communication struggles, or identity exploration.

We accept insurance from Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Kaiser, and United Healthcare. Private pay options are also available. Therapy is offered in person at our Dallas office and virtually for residents of Texas and Colorado.
